A free two-hour youth wellness class can help you fight stress, anxiety, and depression naturally. We run these courses at our home near Hanger Lane tube and Horsenden Hill Farm, both in Ealing. This series is a fun balance of learning how to grow food, with practical tips and techniques to improve your well-being. It is very quiet and normal; no use sitting around to share feelings – anxiety for many! Join us to help create and grow a vegetable garden away from the stress of city life.
